The industries we service are corporate, education, healthcare, government, houses of worship, and high-end residential.We are expanding our regional presence and are looking for a motivated, experienced account manager to join our team.
The Open Position – Audio Visual Account Manager:
- Your primary responsibility will be targeting, penetrating, and developing new business opportunities by actively contacting target accounts and managing ongoing relationships.
- Cold calling is a must.
- Prospects of growth in all areas of our business are strong in the coming year and beyond.

The ideal candidate:
- The ideal candidate is a motivated professional who has previously worked in a similar role within the AV industry.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business development and account management. A proven track record in achieving sales targets with a hunger and drive to succeed. A proven history of targeting/selling to presidents, IT managers, facility managers, and C-level executives. Ability to maintain long-term, revenue generating relationships.
- Strong presentation, communication, and account management skills.
- Commitment to Quality in all aspects of your work with attention to detail is important – along with a trustworthy and honest work ethic.
- Knowledge of technical terms related to A/V, IT, construction, etc.
- Having an Audio Visual background would be a clear advantage.
- Ability to engineer AV systems is a definite plus

The Open Position – Audio Visual Installation Technician:
- Installation of projectors, projection screens, LCD displays, speakers, videoconferencing, audio conferencing, Crestron control systems, cabling, and many other related AV technologies.
- Termination of various AV connectors.
- Assembly and pre-wiring of equipment racks.
- Testing, clean-up, and troubleshooting installed systems.
- Customer coordination on project related issues.
- Responsible for administrative tasks associated with work, such as time tracking and submitting project reports to management.
The ideal candidate:
- Working knowledge of the operation and troubleshooting of AV systems
- Ability to read and understand system design drawings
- Strong mechanical skills and experience working with power tools, rigging materials, and on ladders/lifts.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of work
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must provide own tools and a vehicle
