The Challenge
This healthcare provider needed to secure its future by determining how to provide the best care for over 50 million patients.
The Process
We needed to create a fully outfitted, functional, and high-tech executive boardroom for various types of important internal and external meetings.
Our Delivery
Through audiovisual design-build, retractable monitors were incorporated into the main table, touch panel controls, a video wall that can be mirrored by every table monitor, multi-camera system, high-level control room, reception area, and supplementary seating were implemented.
Project Stats
Retractable Monitors
– 12 Monitors on the main table.
Push-to-talk microphones
– Microphones are located at each monitor and turn green when live.
High Level Control Room
– Used to control the multi-camera system for conferencing and video functionality, along with audio levels.
LCD Video Wall
– 16-feet-long and can be mirrored by every table monitor.
Reception Area
– 800 gross square feet reception area with a 3×3 video wall, creating a modern and efficient workspace.
