ABOUT THIS PROJECT
West Virginia University’s Reynolds Hall serves as the new home for the John Chambers College of Business and Economics. A multi-purpose complex at Morgantown’s waterfront, Reynolds Hall provides a transformational leap forward for business education at WVU and a vibrant community center for academic, residential, recreational, dining, and other uses. In addition to learning and collaboration spaces, Reynolds Hall includes a gym, concessions, and much more.
The nearly 180,000-square-foot new construction has a $100MM budget and focuses on experiential learning, emphasizing the ever-growing role technology plays in higher education. As such, the facility will recast the waterfront area into a hub of business. The project is expected to be completed by summer 2022.
